DudoParts Return Policy
At DudoParts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return a product, please carefully review our return policy below:
- Return Period:
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
- Return Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must complete our return form and obtain written approval via email from DudoParts. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Parts must be unused, in new condition, clean, and capable of being resold as new.
- Electronic parts are NOT eligible for return.
- Products purchased or created especially for you are not eligible for return.
- The cost and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
- Return Assessment:
- Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
- If approved, a refund of the purchase amount will be issued to your bank account within two weeks.
- Non-Compliance:
- If the returned items do not meet our conditions, we will return them to you at your expense.
- Return Process:
- Please include a copy of our (DudoParts) invoice with your return, clearly stating your bank details for the refund.
