DudoParts Return Policy

At DudoParts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return a product, please carefully review our return policy below:

1. Return Period:
   • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Authorization:
   • Before returning any items, you must complete our return form and obtain written approval via email from DudoParts. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns:
   • Parts must be unused, in new condition, clean, and capable of being resold as new.
   • The cost and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Return Assessment:
   • Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
   • If approved, a refund of the purchase amount will be issued to your bank account within two weeks.
5. Non-Compliance:
   • If the returned items do not meet our conditions, we will return them to you at your expense.
6. Return Process:
   • Please include a copy of our (DudoParts) invoice with your return, clearly stating your bank details for the refund.
