This is the version including the fuel pick-up lines & the connector for the (optional) Tell-Tale dashboard warning light.

Unfortunately, After 40 years of being inside the fuel tank, allot of these sensors are broken...
Also you might want to replace the Fuel Tank Seal / Gasket (part #011) and the Fuel-filter (part #029) at the same time.
